You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
For a return to be approved, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
For hygienic reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
When returning an item under the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund may take a few business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help you find a solution.
In the event of an approved complaint, BaMi Pet will cover the return shipping cost.
